These clinics can monitor your progress, increase your number of weekly stimulations and offer other forms of therapy.

You can connect to these clinics through the Flow app. Prices vary per clinic.

How long should I use Flow for?

The initial Flow treatment is 10 weeks. If Flow is helpful during these 10 weeks, we recommend you to continue for at least another 6 to 12 months, even if you have become symptom-free.

In the UK: Estimated delivery with Royal Mail is 1-4 business days.

In the EU: Estimated arrival time for DHL Express shipping is 1-3 business days (headsets) while standard shipping is estimated at 7-11 business days (option for refill pads).

Flow headsets are automatically prioritized free of charge for express shipping (1-3 business days).

For users who already own the headset and want to order refill pads for follow-up care both express and standard shipping are available. Shipping costs are dependent on country of purchase.

Yes. Flow ensures that the device is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the below period depending on product selection:

  • Purchased headset - twelve months from the date of purchase
  • Buyout headset - twelve months from the date of buy-out
  • Rental headset - covered across the active rental period

This is based on the conditions that the device has been used in accordance with the user manual, has been supplied directly by Flow Neuroscience and is in use in applicable countries.
