Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship same-day for all orders placed before 11:00 AM on business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day lorem ipsum.

• Free shipping on headset orders or when purchasing 2 boxes of refill pads or more.
• For orders of 1 refill pad box, a flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies.
• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver between 2-3 working days.

• Free express shipping on headset orders or when purchasing 2 boxes of refill pads or more.
• For orders of 1 refill pad box, standard delivery with no tracking is available. Pricing for delivery depends on your region.
• Express shipping aims to deliver between 1 - 2 business days after your order is shipped. Standard shipping aims to deliver between 7 - 11 business days.

Flow is currently available in:

• Every country in the EU
• United Kingdom
• Norway
• Hong Kong

Please note that we are unable to ship headsets or refill pads outside of these countries.

Although the initial treatment period with Flow is 10 weeks, 77% of Flow users see clinical improvements within 3 weeks.

If you’re not happy with your Flow headset for any reason, you can ask to return it within 30 days and receive a full refund. This applies to both purchased and rented headsets.
