Flow prescription
The NHS use Flow to treat depression
Short heading
The NHS have been using Flow in 6 NHS trusts across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and West London.
They also offer the treatment to their own doctors - clinicians suffering from depression can access Flow through NHS Practitioner Health (if they live in England and Scotland).
Every NHS service using Flow has independently published their findings that demonstrate Flow is safe and effective to use. You can read more about these studies below.
Flow is available over the counter
But our goal is broader access
Our product is currently available for direct purchase — no prescription needed. This means anyone can access our medically approved brain stimulation technology and begin treatment from home.
But our long-term goal is even more ambitious
We’re working closely with clinics, GPs, and mental health institutions to make our device available through prescription, so it can be provided free of charge to patients.
In the UK, our technology is already prescribed by select NHS Trusts, Healthcare professionals, and private clinics.
For users outside the UK, it may be possible to access reimbursement through your healthcare provider. You can:
- Download our Clinician Information Leaflet
- Share it with your GP or mental health provider
- Request that they consider prescribing it or support reimbursement through your insurance
We’re committed to expanding access — so that everyone who can benefit from this non-invasive, drug-free treatment has the opportunity to use it, with or without out-of-pocket cost.
